Final cleaning € 35 to be paid on arrival together with the settlement of due amount.
Gas, water, electricity and pool cleaning service are all included in the price. Heating must be paid separately.
Included: use of green areas - swimming pools equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and showers - playground
For periods of two weeks or more we apply a discount of 5%.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made 30 days before date of arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to not refund the advance payment.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrival: between hrs 14 pm to 16 pm
Departure: hrs 10 am
